I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 23 years of experience in the field. In my practice I assist my clients with resolving and healing issues which are preventing them from living their best life. Issues may vary from childhood traumas and life-long patterns, to recent life changes causing distress. Throughout my career I have worked with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, self-limiting/self-sabotaging patterns, and relationship issues to name a few.

In the past 5-7 years I have had an increase in the number of clients expressing that they feel that they have "no purpose" in life, and that they feel disconnected from themselves and from the life they desire. They feel like they are going through the motions each day, with rare moments of joy, and increasing worries about the future. When I hear this, I know that the client is ready to venture onto the next step in humanity's evolution, "The journey back to the true self". That part of us that was lost long ago, and perhaps never even acknowledged to begin with.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw from several different modalities including transpersonal psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, existential psychology, and energy psychology. I also have extensive training in meditation practices, and I am a Reiki Master Teacher.
